My prices are very fair and straight forward and offer a service guarantee so you can rest assured you'll receive the service you deserve with quality materials, workmanship, reliability and onsite honesty.

Rates
$30 for the first half hour then $40 per hour thereafter + Job Materials.
Prices are given on an hourly basis rather than per job with a one & half minimum charge. For Large jobs of multiple days, I do price by the job to help keep your cost's to a minimum. one hour minimum charge for onsite project estimates - phone estimates are always free. (Explained Below)
Take advantage of my half day rate of $200 (+ Material) 6 work hours
For larger jobs an onsite estimate is preferred by me, (I prefer to physically see the job site conditions and take measurements ext.) simply contact me and we will arrange a suitable time for me to visit or if you feel an onsite estimate is not necessary we can determine a fair price by phone, fee free.
Payment
I accept credit card or cash, which can be paid in advance or in person.
